This Society notes:
1. Section 8.2 of the Constitution:
- "Motions must be submitted to the Committee in a human-readable
electronic format. The Committee will make the Motion available to the Members."
This Society believes:
1. That this section is ambiguous regarding the time scale required for distribution of a motion to members.
This Society resolves:
1. To ammend the last sentence of section 8.2 to "The Committee will make the Motion available to the Members, as soon as reasonably possible."
